Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CoinTable add-on for Google Sheets, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the add-on.

2. Plans

CoinTable has two plans:

  • Free: 300 updates a month, reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). All CoinTable formulas, coins and currencies are included. No payment details are needed.
  • Plus: a paid subscription, billed yearly or monthly. Normal personal use has no practical update limit; per-account fair-use caps protect the service from automated bulk traffic. Current prices and features are listed on our pricing page and in the add-on before you pay.

An update is one coin in one currency. Every field of that coin in that currency counts once, and the same coin again within 6 hours is free. Errors and duplicates use no updates.

3. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

Plus is bought inside the add-on and sold by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.

  • Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from the subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account returns to Free, and your spreadsheets and formulas stay as they are.
  • Money-back guarantee: you can get a full refund of your first Plus payment within 14 days of buying it. The guarantee applies once per customer. To ask for it, email hi@cointable.pro with the email you used at checkout.
  • Renewals: to ask about a refund of a renewal payment, email hi@cointable.pro. We handle these requests individually.

4. Usage Restrictions

By using CoinTable, you agree to:

  • Stay within your plan's update allowance
  • Not use the service for automated bulk data collection, or to resell or redistribute the data
  • Not attempt to bypass or circumvent plan limits

5. Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency data is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. Prices are cached, so they are not live to the second, and they can be older when a data source is unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the data and are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on it.

6. Access Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Use the service in a way that harms it or other users, such as automated bulk traffic
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the service

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always on this page, with its last-updated date.
