What to include

The formula as you typed it, for example =CT_PRICE("BTC", "EUR").
What the cell shows, such as the exact error text ("404: Symbol … not found"), and what you expected instead.
What you did just before: typed or edited a formula, or ran Refresh Data.
Your plan: Free or Plus.
For billing questions: the email address you entered at checkout, and the date you paid.

Billing and refunds

Refunds: Plus comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email hi@cointable.pro within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Refunds are available once per customer; for a renewal, email us too.

Cancelling: use the subscription link in your LemonSqueezy receipt email. Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
