How requests work
Each formula evaluation counts as one request. A sheet with 50 formulas uses 50 requests when refreshed.
Example: A portfolio tracker with 10 coins using CT_PRICE and CT_CHANGE = 20 requests per refresh.
Manual refresh
Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 (Windows) or ⌘+Shift+F9 (Mac) to refresh all formulas.
Auto-refresh (Plus and Pro)
Prices update automatically at regular intervals. No manual action needed.
What happens at the limit
When you reach your monthly request limit:
- Formulas return the last cached value instead of an error
- No data loss — your sheet continues to show the most recent prices
- The limit resets on the 1st of each month
